We ship worldwide. All orders are shipped via Post Office as registered mail from our Amber Artisans Studio located in the Baltic Amber homeland of Lithuania.

All Shipping occurs on business days only unless otherwise specified. Please note that a processing period of up to 24 hours may be applied. All orders placed after 3:00 pm will be processed the next business day. We post all orders usually within one business day of placing order. We do not ship on weekends and holidays. If you place an order on Friday afternoon, item will be shipped on Monday.
Please make sure item is sent to a location where someone will be available to collect mail and sign for it during business hours. All our parcels requires signature. If no one will be available at you premises notification with details how to collect mail will be left.
Delivery time from Lithuania usually takes about 7-14 business days. ( this information is provided by carrier). Transit time may vary, particularly during peak periods.
International parcels have to be processed through customs and this may cause a delay at times. We cannot foresee the rate of speed these government agencies will take.
Shipping Order to a Different Address:
If you would like to place an order and ship it to an address that is different than the billing address, please enter that address in the Shipping Information section during check out. No billing information will be included with the item. Gift note messages are available for most items.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item in its original and unworn condition within 30 days after your receive it for credit to your account, exchange, or adjustment. Shipping and handling fees cannot be refunded.
All requests will be processed after our Returns Department carefully inspects and verifies the condition of the item. Returns take approximately 15 business days to process once the item is received.
In order to make a return, you must first contact us at email@example.com to get a Return Authorization Number. You must include this number on your return shipping label.
Merchandise should be carefully packed and shipped via traceable means in order to verify receipt and be eligible for refund. We advise you to insure the items before shipping as we are not responsible for any loss or damage during return shipping. You are also responsible for any return charges. Regular shipping charges apply to all exchanges.
Returning Incorrect Items:
We strive for 100% order accuracy but occasionally we may make a mistake. If you received the wrong item or are missing an item, please notify us within 5 days so we may resolve the problem.
